Aqua+ possesses a vast amount of data; however, its value and potential were still ambiguous. The organization aims to adopt a data-driven approach but faced uncertainty of where to begin and which AI applications would be most beneficial. The initial step in this transition involved assessing the data maturity within Aqua+ and identifying the most promising AI use cases.

Datacation conducted a Quick Scan to analyze the current data structure and working methods of Aqua+. This process began with an AI keynote and a brainstorming session aimed at inspiring employees and collaboratively identifying the key opportunities for improvement. We then assessed Aqua+'s data maturity and examined which processes could be optimized using AI.

Based on our findings, we developed an impact-effort matrix that provides Aqua+ with a clear overview of the most valuable and feasible AI applications. This guidance not only highlights the potential opportunities but also outlines a strategic step-by-step plan for implementing these applications effectively.
