Customers often operate 24/7 and expect technical documentation that is always complete, up-to-date, and directly accessible. Additionally, KSE must comply with strict CE certification requirements to be allowed to use machines within Europe. Managing, retrieving, and searching this documentation for relevant information costs KSE employees a lot of valuable time and is, moreover, frustrating work. This prompted KSE to engage Datacation, not with the question of whether, but how AI can be deployed to relieve this burden.
